25.01.2012 - So that the shepherds of Burkina Faso can survive, their children actively participate in the daily chores. They pump water from wells, cut grass and watch the family’s cows and sheep.

Consequently, there is little time left for school. To ensure that these children receive an education, Enfants du Monde supports schools adapted to the needs and rhythms of the shepherd life style. Approximately 280 boys and girls benefit from this initiative.

With 160 Swiss francs, you enable a child to go to school for a year.
