09.27.2011 - From Tuesday September 13th to Wednesday September 28th, Konrad Specker of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC) will travel to Latin America in order to visit the programs supported by the SDC via Swiss non-government organisations such as Enfants du Monde.

This trip will enable the SDC to judge the integration, the role and the impact in the field of these various health and education programs. A particular emphasis will be put on the possibility of cooperation between the Swiss organisations and the local actors as well as inter-organisational cooperation between the various Swiss organisations in the field.

For Enfants du Monde, this trip is an opportunity to showcase the positive results of the education project in Guatemala as well as the health project in Salvador. As of 2005 the SDC contributes to Enfants du Monde’s programming.
