04.28.2011 -  On Monday, May 2, 2011, at the Book Fair in Geneva, a roundtable will be organized on the theme of teaching and publishing in African languages. Edivanda Mugrabi, linguist and education specialist at Enfants du Monde will be taking part.

For many years, Enfants du Monde has been promoting bilingual education, particularly in African languages, in its educational programmes: the child learns the language as well as the mother tongue. Thus, this can improve chances of integration into society while continuing to develop in the home community.

Monday, May 2, 2011, from 5:30 PM to 7 PM.

Roundtable "Teaching, publishing in African languages: a challenge for the future or a past battle?” organized in partnership with the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation.
